Commissioned Artwork is a Great Opportunity

Even though you enjoy my artwork, you may be unable to find exactly what you want. A commissioned piece is a great option.

Communication between the artist and the patron is key to a great commission. Sharing of ideas can lead to an exciting consensus.

Once the vision is in place, we would then determine the size of the piece. To protect both the client and the artist, payment for my commissions is divided into three step-wise approximately equal installments:

1) The first payment is due once composition of the piece begins. 

2) The second installment is advanced once the drawing is reviewed and approved by the client. 

3) The third payment is due when the painting is complete. The cost of a frame (if desired) as well as any shipping and handling costs will be added on to the third installment.

NOTE: During the drawing stage, if you want some changes, these can be accommodated without cost. However, if you request changes or a major modification at a later stage of the project, an extra charge will be applied.
